Ropur AntiScalant

RPI - Antiscalants

RPI-2000
RPI-2000 is  designed to inhibit  scale formation in RO systems (equipped with polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-2000 is phosphorous free.
RPI-2000 is designed for water with significant amounts of sulphate salts of calcium, strontium and barium as well as calcium carbonate.
RPI-2000 also efficiently disperses fine water particles like heavy metal oxides.
RPI-2800
RPI-2800 is designed to inhibit carbonate and sulphate scale formation in RO systems equipped with polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface.
RPI-2800 is free of phosphorous compounds.
RPI-2800 reduces organic fouling on membrane surfaces.
RPI-3000A
RPI-3000A is specially designed to inhibit scale formation in RO systems (polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-3000A has high cation dispersing properties.
RPI-3000A is an excellent crystal growth inhibitor for calcium sulphate, calcium carbonate and calcium fluoride. A further advantage is the superior stabilization of iron oxide suspension in water in addition to the inhibition of the oxidation properties of salts like manganese (IV) oxide.
RPI-3000B
RPI-4000A
RPI-4000A is specially designed to inhibit scale formation in RO systems (equipped with polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-4000A has strong crystal growth threshold properties.
RPI-4000A specifically inhibit calcium, barium and strontium salt scale formation.
RPI-4000A is recommended for barium sulphate and strontium sulphate scaling issues.
RPI-4000A also complexes transition metal cations like iron, manganese, copper and aluminium.
RPI-4500A
RPI-4500A is specially designed to inhibit the scale formation in RO systems (equipped with polyamide-, celluloseacetate- and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-4500A was specifically formulated to target calcium, strontium and barium sulphate salts.
RPI-4500A also efficiently prevents the formation of  calcium carbonate and silicate based scale.
RPI-4900
RPI-4900 is specially designed to inhibit scale formation in RO systems (equipped with polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-4900 shows a strong threshold effect and therefore prevents scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate and calcium fluoride in membrane systems. RPI-4900 aöso prevents deposits of iron salts due to its specific sequestrant property.
RPI-5000A
RPI-5000A is specially designed to inhibit SiO2 scale formation in RO systems with polyamide, cellulose acetate and polyether membranes with a negative or neutral charged surface.
RPI-5000A is a blend of polymers suitable for use within broad pH ranges.
RPI-5000A is the most effective solution to prevent deposits of colloidal and dissolved SiO2 on the membrane surface. The maximal silicate concentration achievable in the RO-concentrate stream is between 260 and 300 mg/l.
RPI-6000
RPI-6000 is specially designed to inhibit scale formation in RO systems (equipped with polyamide, celluloseacetate and polyether membranes with an anionically charged surface).
RPI-6000 is designed for water with an extremely high sulphate content (up to 15,000 mg/l).
RPI-6000 also prevents calcium carbonate scaling.
RPI-6000 is also recommended for the prevention of metal oxide deposits (iron oxide, manganese oxide).
RPI-7000A
RPI-7000 is specially designed for waters with high phosphate and silicate content. The product effectively prevents metal oxide deposit formation through sequestration.
RPI-7000 is recommended for use with negative or neutral surface-charged polyamide, cellulose acetate and polyether membranes. RPI-7000 is compatible with RO membrane surfaces.
